If you have used a print book, then there is no confusion as to the type of resource it is but knowing where to find the information to reference can be the tricky part. The information you will need can usually be found on the title page and edition notice (i.e. the first couple of pages on the inside of the book). eBooks can be a bit more difficult as you need to know where to look for the information on the different platforms. Ask a librarian if you are unsure.
