Referencing Style Guides
Check with your lecturer which referencing style they prefer for you to use. Below you will find guides to the Chicago and APA style guides, these are commonly used styles for your area, but some alternative guides that specific to sciences can also be found in the Science guide.
Chicago
The Chicago B Author-Date Style is commonly used in the sciences & social sciences.
APA
The APA author-date referencing style is the most commonly used across a range of schools.
Science Styles
The basics of ACS, AMA, Animal Behaviour & RSNZ referencing styles which are sometimes used in science research.
